To establish a permanent organization for the advancement, mutual benefit and friendship of those persons who are interested in the history, preservation, promotion, advancement, use and appreciation of firearms, edged weapons, accouterments, military artifacts, accessories, and other miscellaneous arms.

To maintain a vigilance in regards to legislation that affects the above persons in pursuit of lawful collecting, possessing, purchasing, preserving, transporting, and using firearms, edged weapons, accouterments, military artifacts, accessories, and other miscellaneous arms.
